Job description
1. Operational Leadership
- Lead and oversee daily operations across all assigned outlets.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality.
- Conduct regular site visits to audit cleanliness, service, inventory, and staff performance.
2. Team Management
- Hire, train, and mentor baristas and staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Develop shift schedules, labor management strategies, and training plans in coordination with team.
- Conduct performance reviews and support ongoing staff development and succession planning.
3. Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered at every location.
- Monitor guest feedback channels and resolve escalated customer issues with urgency and professionalism
4. Financial Accountability
- Own the P&L of each outlet and ensure financial targets are met.
- Monitor daily sales, labor costs, and wastage to maximize profitability.
- Work with finance and procurement teams to manage inventory, vendor relations, and cost control.
6. Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Ensure all outlets comply with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
- Maintain quality control protocols for coffee preparation.
- Implement regular training and audits to ensure compliance.
- Control Wastages and implement initiatives to control all variances and wastage
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Seeking an experienced and driven RGM / Operations Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of coffee chain.
- This role requires a strategic leader who can balance high-level operational oversight with on-ground execution, ensuring consistent quality, exceptional customer experiences, and financial performance across all locations.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favourable terms and conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, suppliers, and team members.
