Assistant Manager, Account Management

We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated “AM - Account Management” for our team in Pakistan. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you!

The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team. This role will be based in Lahore, Pakistan.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving growth, ensuring retention, and maintaining a stronger relationship with Homechef Vendors. 

• Excellent communication skills, must have a consultative sales approach and be a strong persuader and influencer

• Strong relationship builder, has a positive attitude and is a team player

• Highly driven, is self-motivated, target oriented, resilient and tenacious

• Customer focused, enjoys working autonomously, hits the ground running and demonstrates a willingness to learn

• Strong analytical skills, makes well judged decisions, good numeracy, pays strong attention to detail, is a strong problem solver, demonstrates good commercial awareness and thinks outside the box to generate new ideas

• Has a flexible approach, thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a fast paced environment

• Highly organized and plans and prioritizes work effectively

• 1-2 years of proven experience in account directorship.

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field.

• Negotiations and communications skills.

• Presentations and business reviews skills.

• Knowledge of food and operational costing.
