On this journey, you will report to Head, Strategic Account Management & Kitchens
Your Responsibilities will include:
● Identify new business opportunities for our cloud kitchen services, including meeting and developing relationships with key decision-makers.
● Conducting weekly Business Reviews to drive continuous growth and capitalize
on expansion opportunities.
● Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth
and ensures the achievement of sales targets.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development,
Strategic Account Management, Sales operation, Onboarding, Content,
marketing, and finance, to ensure hunting, Account Management for new and
existing accounts.
● Maintain a deep understanding of the cloud kitchen market, including industry
trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, to remain competitive.
● Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on sales
performance, market trends, and potential growth opportunities.
Your role in this journey requires the following:
● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account
management, preferably in the food industry or cloud kitchen space.
● Experience of Managing Key accounts in the restaurant industry will be highly
valued.
● Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful
partnerships with clients.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively
communicate complex ideas and information to a variety of audiences.
● Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify
market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
