Job description
Operational Management:
● Oversee daily operations of all cloud kitchens within the assigned area.
● Ensure all kitchens meet operational, hygiene, and safety standards as per company policy.
● Monitor order flow, kitchen efficiency, and food preparation times to maintain high service levels.
● Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance across all kitchens.
● Manage vendor relationships, maintenance, and equipment functionality.
● Monitor kitchen performance metrics including order accuracy, customer satisfaction, and delivery
time.
● Analyze performance data and take corrective action to improve efficiency and reduce
operational costs.
● Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales and profitability targets.
Team Leadership & People Management:
● Lead, train, and motivate Kitchen Managers and staff to maintain performance standards.
● Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
● Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline within the assigned kitchens.
Compliance & Safety:
● Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations (local and company
standards).
● Conduct regular inspections of kitchens for safety, cleanliness, and maintenance.
● Ensure fire safety and emergency procedures are in place and staff are trained accordingly.
Coordination & Communication:
● Liaise with procurement, supply chain, and HR departments for operational requirements.
● Coordinate with the maintenance and facility teams for timely resolution of technical or
infrastructure issues.
● Work closely with the brand, marketing, and finance teams for operational alignment and cost
control.
Reporting & Documentation:
● Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
● Document incidents, maintenance requests, and operational challenges with proper follow-up.
● Maintain updated kitchen audit and compliance records.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations, or a related field.
● Minimum 4–6 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in cloud kitchens, QSR, or restaurant chains.
● Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and local regulatory compliance.
● Experience managing multiple locations and large teams
