Manage recruitment channels and oversee the recruitment process for riders in the city.
Meet monthly acquisition targets to fulfill the supply gap and ensure operational efficiency.
Explore and develop new channels for acquisition.
Training and Development:
Develop and execute training programs for recruited riders to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Effectively lead a team of riders and provide ongoing support to resolve queries and concerns.
Operations Management:
Optimize and oversee delivery operations to ensure efficiency and timely service.
Manage rider inventory and ensure adequate resources are available to meet demand.
Feedback and Engagement:
Maintain a feedback loop with riders to gather insights and continuously improve operations.
Foster engagement across the city among riders and partners to enhance collaboration and service quality.
Project Management:
Take on additional projects within the logistics domain, collaborating with other business units as needed.
Design and execute projects aimed at improving delivery operations and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
What you need to be successful
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics or food delivery industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
Project Management Experience is a plus.
