About the opportunity
• Act as the main contact person for our top vendors & clients, identify and attack problem areas and build a strong loyalty with clients.
• Acquire AAA brand accounts, as well as longtail, negotiate deals, exclusivity, implement branding to improve pandasend’s visibility, activate vendors, and grow orders.
• Collaborate with different departments to improve order performance and solve problems through request and align with internal stakeholders in blast campaigns communication
• Negotiate with vendors for delivery fees, order volume, and project promotions.
• Be accountable for personal targets being achieved in timely manners.
• Day to day support tasks in Enterprise
What you need to be successful
• Degree in Sales & Marketing or Business or related field
• At least 1 - 2 years’ prior experience in cold calling / sales / support sales are a plus
• Proven sales experience is an added advantage, preferably within the areas of F&B, media, advertising, and e-commerce
• A proficient communicator with a consultative sale driven approach
• A strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient and a team player with a willingness to learn.
• Social character with a positive attitude towards new challenges and a hands-on mentality
• Ability to work/navigate social media
• Independent, hardworking and confident self-starter
• Fluency in written & verbal communication skills in English and Khmer
• Other tasks assigned by line manager.
