Identify and troubleshoot problem areas, proactively addressing issues to enhance loyalty and collaboration.
Renegotiate commission and exclusivity agreements with vendors to support the revenue stream and maximize profitability.
Coordinate with vendors to secure monthly deals and promotions, driving customer engagement and increasing sales.
Contact restaurants with high fail rates to investigate the reasons behind the failures and provide assistance to reduce these rates.
Collaborate with various departments to improve vendor performance and resolve operational challenges.
Coordinate and actively participate in offline events to promote foodpanda's brand and strengthen relationships with vendors and customers.
Provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
What you need to be successful
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in English and Khmer, both written and spoken.
Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners, ensuring strong relationships and effective collaboration.
Drive sales of our advertisement products by identifying vendor needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Strategically improve and expand our vendor portfolio to enhance business opportunities.
Resolve any issues or challenges with partners and vendors.
Proficiency with Google Workspace.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with a proven ability to resolve complex issues.
