About the opportunity
We are looking for an Associate, Accounts Payable to join our growing team in Finance based in our shared service center in the Philippines!
Responsibilities:
Perform 3-way match in the Inventory Warehouse System for all incoming invoices for the different warehouses
Ensure the daily operational activities are performed and delivered within the SLAs
Work closely, coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Smooth and proper handling of stakeholders inquiry
Maintain proper documentation and record keeping with accuracy and integrity
Other AP related processes
Continuous improvement of the end-to-end Account Payable process
Ad-hoc finance or administrative support to the finance team
What you need to be successful
Open to fresh-graduates with a Bachelor's/College degree in Accountancy or any related Finance business courses
Also open to non-finance degree holders with experience in finance assistant / admin roles
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in using excel (e.g. pivot, vlookup etc.)
Experience in using accounting/ERP systems is a PLUS (SAP experience preferred)
Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
Experience in shared services centre or retail business is added advantage
Proficient in English.
