About the opportunity
We are looking for an Associate, Accounts Payable to join our growing team in Finance based in our shared service center in the Philippines!
Responsibilities:
Perform 3-way match in the Inventory Warehouse System for all incoming invoices for the different warehouses
Ensure the daily operational activities are performed and delivered within the SLAs
Work closely, coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Smooth and proper handling of stakeholders inquiry
Maintain proper documentation and record keeping with accuracy and integrity
Other AP related processes
Continuous improvement of the end-to-end Account Payable process
Ad-hoc finance or administrative support to the finance team
What you need to be successful
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable finance role
- A Bachelor's/College degree in Accountancy or any related Finance business courses
- Strong analyzation skills
- Experience in using SAP accounting system is a must
- Strong communication skills - both oral and written
- Proficient in English
- Experience in shared services centre or retail business is added advantage
