About the opportunity
- In charge of overall management of marketing channels: In-app, CRM, social media, activations, restaurant marketing, and rider marketing.
- Function as the channel owner in charge of calendar management, analysis, and stakeholder management in ensuring channels are utilized effectively across various campaigns..
- Assist in planning & developing a monthly/quarterly strategy and campaign framework for your channels with the vertical managers and third-party agencies.
- Execute campaigns by working with internal stakeholders (local and regional) and third-party agencies.
- Develop & request all communication assets in coordination with the regional creatives and content teams.
- Assist in plotting the campaign communications calendar specifically for social media, in-app and CRM, in coordination with the respective campaign managers.
- Closely monitor campaign performance against OKRs, recommending step changes and enhancements as needed.
What you need to be successful
- 1 to 2 years in the Marketing field, with experience in offline or online marketing.
- Experience in E-Commerce Marketing is a plus
- Basic knowledge in communication channels such as in-app, CRM, Activations, and Social Media.
- A graduate of any course in the field of communication and/or marketing.
- You are passionate and curious about all aspects of communications and know how to tell a compelling story.
- You are data-driven and analytical when it comes to measuring performance and providing insights
- You are a creative, out of the box thinker and use this to your advantage when crafting marketing campaigns for your vertical
- You have strong organizational and project management skills, are results-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- You are self-motivated, target oriented, resilient and tenacious
- Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments preferred.
- Fluency in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills.
