About the opportunity
Analyze business and operational performance data to identify key insights and explain trends.
Conduct in-depth analyses of specific business topics and trends, presenting findings clearly and persuasively.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to support project planning and development, ensuring projects deliver on performance goals.
Develop and maintain trackers/ Tableau reports to empower local teams to make data-driven decisions.
Lead ad-hoc projects that accelerate Pickup Business growth.
What you need to be successful
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Administration or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in high-growth startups, tech companies, consulting, or business intelligence.
Proven ability to translate data into compelling narratives and present them effectively.
Proficiency in Spreadsheets, SQL, and Tableau (essential).
Knowledge of Python, Google Apps Script, and DBT (a plus).
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Cantonese.
A passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high standards and tight deadlines.
