Ownership of new verticals and end-to-end responsibilities for uplifting the verticals;
Together with the Campaign Lead, you will be responsible for strategizing plans including concepts, identifying channels and budget planning;
Lead month on month promotional planning and build communications on social media and in-app channels for it;
Develop campaign analysis to measure effectiveness of campaigns and suggest further improvements;
Plan and execute marketing campaigns including online and offline to increase awareness of the verticals;
Work with both local and regional stakeholders for maximum efficiency;
Keep track on the market trend, deep analysis and take proactive action.
What you need to be successful
Fresh graduate from the field of marketing, especially in digital brand / marketing / campaign management, or creative agency is welcome;
Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Lao languages;
Knowledge of various online marketing channels;
Innovative and constantly thinks outside the box;
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
Ability to manage deadlines, media, and internal stakeholders with ease;
Ability to demonstrate a high level of drive and initiative to motivate the team to come up with ideas in creating campaigns;
Ability to write detailed and effective creative briefs;
Graphic design skill;
