Job description


About the opportunity

  • Develop strategic communications planning for promotion and dissemination of corporate and consumer marketing content;
  • Develop promotions planning and communications content liaising with brand team and other departments/verticals;
  • Ownership of respective verticals marketing campaigns and end-to-end responsibilities for the verticals growth
  • Coordinate with Regional creative team to plan and develop content ideas, copy, visual creatives for all online marketing channels, example SEM, SEO, display advertising, mobile app and CRM;
  • Integration of content of all digital initiatives across all brand campaigns;
  • Deploy digital marketing campaigns and own its implementation from ideation to execution;
  • Be able to input creative product ideas and value-added services to cater for specific targeted customers;
  • To be involved within the company's overall Marketing & Communications department including managing crisis communications, internal and external communications;
  • Monitor digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks;
  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

What you need to be successful

  • Ideally 2 years’ working experience in marketing, especially in digital brand / marketing / campaign management, or creative agency;
  • Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Lao languages;
  • Advanced knowledge of various online marketing channels;
  • Stay abreast of latest trends and technologies in digital marketing;
  • Innovative and constantly thinks outside the box;
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
  • Ability to manage deadlines, media, and internal stakeholders with ease;
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of drive and initiative to motivate the team to come up with ideas in creating campaigns;
  • Ability to write detailed and effective creative briefs;
  • Graphic design skill;
  • You are driven by ideas, motivated and share a strong commitment to contribute and perform within the team.
