Updating restaurant menu update requests within defined SLA.
Manage menu related projects to improve customer experiences.
Communicate and guide restaurants to onboard in foodpanda platform
Conduct regular Quality check task to ensure better performance.
What you need to be successful
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in using word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Powerpoint, Excel. etc.)
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Has ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
Experience working in the technology, e-commerce, or food industry will act as an advantage.
