Associate, Content & Onboarding

• Creating restaurant menu with proper description and price as per SOP.
• Updating restaurant menu update requests within defined SLA.
• Manage menu related projects to improve customer experiences.
• Communicate and guide restaurants to onboard in foodpanda platform
• Conduct regular Quality check task to ensure better performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Powerpoint, Excel. etc.) 
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Has ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
• Experience working in the technology, e-commerce, or food industry will act as an advantage.
