Onboard restaurants and create menus with accurate descriptions, pricing, and dish-level photos in line with SOP guidelines.
Process and update restaurant menu change requests within the defined SLA.
Manage menu-related projects aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.
Communicate with and guide restaurant partners throughout the onboarding process on the foodpanda platform.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure menu accuracy and strong operational performance.
The candidate should be comfortable using AI tools and be tech-savvy.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools is a plus.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
