Perform quality checks on data submitted by the Sales team and ensure all cases are completed within the agreed SLA
Maintain high accuracy and consistency in QC reviews.
Monitor and improve the QC process to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Work closely with the Sales team to minimize QC rejection rates by providing feedback and guidance.
Support content quality initiatives related to DLD, DLP, and new feature rollouts.
Identify recurring quality issues and recommend process improvements.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational guidelines.
What you need to be successful
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or other related field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with established standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Google sheet or similar tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling challenges.
Familiarity with vendor onboarding processes is a plus, but not required.
