About the opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Vendor CRM team as an individual contributor for 6 months
If you are interested in getting first-hand exposure to how CRM communications work in a global tech company, then this is the right opportunity for you. The ideal candidate is independent and comfortable handling multiple projects and conversations with regional and local stakeholders.
What’s On Your Menu
You’ll be working on executing omnichannel communication campaigns across multiple markets, as well as driving multiple initiatives to (1) enhance vendor experience, (2) increase vendor engagement
Assist and execute regional automated campaigns using our CRM tool
Assist with regional campaign performance analysis and gather insights continuously to maintain industry benchmarks
Work closely with local teams with regards to content creation and translations
Own and drive strategic projects (be it on a regional or local level), to collaborate with different stakeholders to improve vendor engagement
What you need to be successful
What You Bring To The Table
Proactiveness and a keen eagerness to learn, as we work with CRM tools, Google Sheets and Docs. Prior experience with CRM tools like Insider or Braze is a big plus.
Comfortable with data analysis
Demonstrate excellent organizational abilities; ability to take initiative, work autonomously, problem-solve, collaborate with others, and prioritize the completion of assigned tasks
Meticulous with an attention to detail
Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
Strong written and oral communication skills
Marketing/Business Education background preferred
