Summary of Position
Performs corporate development and licensing in a combined role | Identifies, investigates, evaluates and negotiates acquisitions/divestitures, licensing opportunities and strategic business alliances that are in line with the organization's long-range goals | Conducts financial feasibility studies and appropriate due diligence to ensure the reliability of the information provided by third parties | Develops proposals for new business and licensing opportunities in both new and existing markets | Identifies, analyzes and compares alternative opportunities for entering new markets and adopting new technologies.

- Conduct thorough research and outreach to connect with the key decision-makers in businesses.
- Responsible for closing new accounts and forging successful partnerships.
- Demonstrate a sales-oriented mindset and resourcefulness to achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with internal support functions to ensure that every successful partnership launched on the platform meets all processing requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and sales, organizing information systematically.
- Possesses strong skills in objection handling, persuasion, creating urgency, and operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Excel in problem-solving, consistently striving to provide solutions aligned with company offerings.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed KPI targets set by the company.
What do you bring to the table?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in field sales or business development roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a sales-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and software.
- Experience in conducting market research and identifying potential leads.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development opportunities.
