Associate, Inbound Leads and Conversion

• Execute online and offline lead generation.
• Manage end to end recruitment process from lead generation to hire.
• Lead and execute rider recruitment projects.
• Lead and manage promoter team.
• Acquire new channels for offline and online lead generation.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, HR or related field
• 1+ years experiences working in related fields
• Strong Excel skill is required (Pivot tables and vlookup)
• Critical thinking and problem-solving expertise
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
