Key Responsibilities:
New Vendor Performance Optimization:
- Ensure that new vendors achieve restaurant performance metrics.
- Monitor and analyze new vendor performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance new vendor performance and order receipt.
- Ensure that new vendors receive orders.
Vendor Education and Training:
- Provide comprehensive training to vendors on how to operate our system effectively throughout new vendor journey period.
- Develop educational materials and resources to support vendor incubation.
Initiative Development and Ownership:
- Create and own initiatives aimed at improving new vendor performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and refine these initiatives.
Analytical and Technical Skills:
- Utilize SQL and run queries to analyze new vendor performance data.
- Generate reports and insights for decision-making and strategy development.
Vendor Experience Management:
- Manage the overall experience of all vendors, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement quarterly.
- Address and resolve vendor concerns effectively.
BPO Team Management:
- Oversee the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team to ensure alignment with new vendor performance goals.
- Provide guidance and support to the BPO team to achieve optimal outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in vendor management, preferably in the food delivery or restaurant industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL for running queries and analyzing data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in managing teams and driving performance through collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
