Associate, Incubation & Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of partner communication through multiple channels including email, Line, SMS, portal, Foodpanda University, YouTube, etc.
• Monitor and control metrics such as open rates, click rates, LINE verified account to ensure communication effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the artwork team by providing recommendations on content and briefs.
• Translate content to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Create and execute engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
• Oversee the LINE Official Account channel, ensuring effective communication.
• Develop and maintain automated communication processes.
• Lead and manage a BPO team of three members, providing guidance and direction.
• Deliver artwork briefs to the BPO team to ensure consistency and quality.

• Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging and effective partner communications.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and platforms rapidly.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in content creation and management.
• Leadership skills to guide and manage a small team effectively.
