About the opportunity

  • The role holder will be expected to work closely with multiple stakeholders across departments to analyze current vendor performance and enhance the ones work in the best interest of the company. You are also to establish good relationships to ensure a smooth experience for vendors.
  • In charge of preparing/updating onboarding materials.
  • provide face-to-face/call training to vendors as requested by Sales and Key Account Management Team and Partner Service to vendors on "how to sell on foodpanda” when needed.
  • Performance Tracking: own reports/dashboards on Salesforce especially Transmission Issue Cases such as hardware, connectivity and application issues.
  • Update devices status for delivered & collected devices
  • Resolve vendor disputes or issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Organize and track replacement documentation between the company and vendors.
  • Provide monthly reports for damage & used devices.
  • Coordinate with APAC for device issues and raise bug tickets to resolve.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

What you need to be successful

  • Previous experience in a startup technology company or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and you know how to prioritize your projects
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both external (vendors) and internal (regional/global/local) teams across departments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office ( Microsoft Excel especially).
  • Proactive and independent.
  • Good level of English (written and spoken) required.
  • Confident with data analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across functions and form strong relationships internally and externally and engage with stakeholders.
