What’s on your menu?

• Setting up the tablets with local sims.
• Communicate with vendors and give them proper training either on-site or at the office.
• Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and serve as a primary project point of contract
• Monitoring stock levels of tablets and paper rolls.
• Coordinate bug reports and change requests which include vendor-facing and internal-facing projects.
• Informing the line manager and finance department about the damaged, lost or stolen tablets and whether to be replaced.
• Maintaining good relations with vendors and other third parties.
• Reporting the process and progress to the line manager and supervisors.
• Ad-hoc tasks.

What do you bring to the table?

• At least 1 year of experience managing web and mobile consumer projects as a project/tech specialist in an e-commerce company. Plus points if you have worked in an organization similar to ours.
• Sense of urgency, pragmatism and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Analytical mindset and skill-set
• Experience with Jira & Confluence is preferable
• Strong relationship and interpersonal skills are a must!
• Happy to work in a changing and fast-paced environment
• High motivation and excellent team player
• Willing to learn and explore new tools
