- Take ownership of rider community support;
- Take initiative in planning, organizing and monitoring riders’ related events / campaigns;
- Compile regular reports of events / campaigns performance and results;
- Monitor and analyze the performance and success of events / campaigns, in order to improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects;
- Take care of all communication among the riders' community including bonus, compliance, new feature rollout, etc.
- Improve rider branding to ensure high retention and low churn rate;
- Take a proactive role in identifying diverse range of partnership opportunities / deals that help deliver value & benefits to riders’ community;
- Create content both offline and online in relation to rider to improve brand awareness;
- Take ownership of managing foodpanda rider online platforms including Facebook page, rider website, etc.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field.
- Creative and able to come up with creative ideas/design of artworks to be featured on social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of graphic design tool (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
- Able to plan and organize offline/online events and campaigns by coming up with creative ideas aiming to create a positive rider community experience.
- Outgoing and confident character.
- Good communication, negotiation, service-minded and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, driven and has problem solving skills.
- Demonstrate ability to plan & execute projects (end-to-end process).
- Computer / IT literacy with basic use of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) / Google Suite (Gsheet, Gdoc, Gslide).
- Good understanding of the English language.
