Job description
Associate/Specialist, Accounts Management - Shops will be a key member of the LA local QCommerce, who will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with key accounts. They serve as the main point of contact for these clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. The individual develops and executes account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize customer retention. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and drive customer success. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.
Vendor management Function
- Manage key vendors for foodpanda, including conducting store visits, troubleshooting problems, fostering loyalty, and acting as the main contact
- Assist in strategic planning to improve shop performance
- Monitor and analyse account performance, proactively addressing issues, and coordinating with marketing for effective campaign execution
- Negotiate with vendors on commissions and exclusivity to support revenue, coordinate for deals and campaigns, and manage high item not delivered rate shops
Project Management Function
- Acting as the person in charge for special projects that run across market or align with HoD (Head of Department)
- Planning and executing projects from initiation to completion
- Setting project goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinating with stakeholders and team members
- Monitoring project progress and addressing risks
- Creating and maintaining project documentation
- Conducting regular project status meetings
- Managing scope and change requests
Support Function
- Assist in ad-hoc project rollouts
- Participate in regional monthly meetings
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance vendor performance and address issues
- Support other teams such as QA and Sales by collecting pertinent data
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the line manager
- At least 2-3 years of account management experience
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
- Ability to communicate effectively across geographical and cultural boundaries & to navigate in large matrix organizations
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to manage internal & external stakeholders efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and competent presentation skills
- Willingness and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and high-growth environment
- Strong negotiation skills
