About the opportunity

Summary of Position

 

This position is mainly to design and build the Talent Development Framework for foodpanda Myanmar; conduct an efficient Employee Onboarding Program, manage Learning and development; facilitate Performance Management; conduct the Training Need Assessment; stay current on Learning Trends and Partner with key stakeholders within and outside of HR in the development and enhancement of integrated talent development/talent management processes from foodpanda perspective. This position works closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify Talent Mapping along with Succession Planning and Performance Management.

 

What’s on your menu?

  • Design, implement, and evaluate people development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Conduct learning and development initiatives, including training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs.
  • Support succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential employees and developing talent pipelines.
  • Promote inclusion and diversity initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and equity.
  • Serve as a People Business Partner (PBP) to designated stakeholders, providing support and guidance on people management matters.
  • Deliver efficient and consistent people services, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Contribute to people's strategic planning efforts by developing and implementing innovative strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent.
  • Monitor employee retention rates and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist some parts of our people team including people service, TA, EB and People Partner.

OKR (Objectives and Key Results)

  • Employee Onboarding Process Monitor and Implementation
  • Develop a learning management system that runs automatically as employee progresses through their journey with foodpanda
  • Develop training programs aimed at enhancing skills and fostering potential among employees.
  • Build an automated tracking system that will help push training programs for each individual based on their needs and journey points within the organization
  • Facilitate the Implementation of Performance Review
  • Ensure the Succession Planning is well implemented and assessed
  • Constantly looks into the frameworks, programs, contents, trainers, etc; finds gaps and opportunities to improve let it be in the execution or even experience
  • Develop, maintain & report integrated talent development/talent management metrics to all key stakeholders within foodpanda
  • Monitor and Evaluate Learning and Development results of department and company-wide

What do you bring to the table?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Organizational Development or a related field.
  • Minimum two of experience in HR roles, with a focus on people development, onboarding, performance management, and learning and development
  • Strong understanding of succession planning principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices and their impact on organizational effectiveness, Training-related system
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in delivering HR services and support to designated stakeholders
  • Proven ability to develop and implement people strategies to address business needs and drive results
  • Fluency in both Burmese & English
