Implement and monitor the vendor’s communication channel and program
Propose new strategies to help decrease vendors’ preparation time, plan and set adequate timelines for execution
Propose new strategies to help decrease vendors’ fail rate and online hours.
Product implementation and improvement - Roll out new features to improve operational efficiency and vendor experience
Optimize operations through process development and innovation
Implement and maintain a vendor retraining program to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery business
Lead and manage on VXP Comms and Vendor engagement
What you need to be successful
Understanding on professional kitchen operations and culinary
Outgoing and convincing personality to build customer relationships
Structured and target-oriented approach when working on projects
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You have at least 1 year of work experience in operations, consulting or a high growth start-up
You have strong leadership and communication skills, work independently and are reliable
You are process-oriented and data-driven
Your knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector is impressive and you are driven and ambitious
You are very proactive and could lead independent projects
