As the Content Quality, Project Manager (Quick Commerce/QC), you will be responsible for driving best-in-class product content across the quick commerce ecosystem to improve customer discovery, conversion, and trust.
Responsibilities:
1. Owning and continuously improving the following content quality pillars at scale (key examples, but not limited to):
- Photo Coverage – Ensuring optimal photo availability across SKUs, categories, and priority vendors
- Photo Quality – Defining and enforcing quality standards (composition, clarity, compliance)
- Description Coverage – Driving completeness of product descriptions
- Description Quality – Ensuring accuracy, relevance, consistency, and customer-friendly tone
2. Content Quality Strategy & Frameworks
- Defining content quality standards, guidelines, and scoring frameworks for quick commerce
- Aligning global strategy with local market needs and constraints
- Translating business goals (conversion, discoverability, trust) into measurable content KPIs
- Prioritising focus areas based on performance data, customer behavior, and category insights
- Building scalable SOPs and playbooks for local teams, vendors, and BPO partners
3. Product Content Ideation & Support
- Acting as a content subject-matter expert in product ideation and roadmap discussions to improve content quality performance
- Partnering closely with Product & Analytics to design and run content experiments (A/B tests, pilots, pre-post tests) to validate impact on CVR, CTR and other relevant metrics
- Supporting rollout and adoption of new processes and standards
- Turning insights into repeatable, scalable improvements across markets
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Partnering with Analytics to build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track Content Quality
- Monitoring trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Regularly communicating progress, insights, and recommendations to leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Natural Science Studies, or a related field.
- Around 5-8 years of experience in Content Operations, Content Quality, E-commerce, or Marketplace environments
- Strong understanding of product content, listings, and discovery funnels
- Proven experience working with data, KPIs, and experimentation frameworks
- Experience collaborating with Product and Tech teams
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-scale environments (quick commerce a strong plus)
- Experience with quick commerce, grocery, or high-SKU marketplaces
- Exposure to automation, AI-generated content, or quality assurance tooling
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to balance detail-oriented execution with strategic thinking
