Data Analyst

• Design, build and maintain state-of-the art reports on tableau or looker studio to empower the local team to make optimal business decisions;
• Responsible for data fetching and SQL querying upon request;
• Conduct thorough, insightful and skillfully presented deep-dives into specific business topics and trends 
• Drive new analytical initiatives to improve organizational efficiency and automate existing processes across various business stakeholders and teams
• Spearhead ad-hoc projects such as report automation systems, dashboard creation and continuous maintenance of the data pipeline; 
• Responsible for data cleaning and management of data;
• Supporting and challenging the Management team towards making optimal data-driven decisions

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Economics or in other relevant fields;
• Preferably you have 1+ years of work experience in high growth start-ups, tech companies, consulting or business intelligence;
• Strong analytical skills and passion for data;
• Ability to tell a story from data and present it in a clear and compelling way;
• Proficient knowledge of Excel and SQL;
• Knowledge of VBA or R would be an advantage;
• Knowledge of Python would be an advantage;
• Proficient communication in English (Cantonese is a plus);
• Desire to work in a vibrant and fast-paced environment with high quality standards and tight deadlines;
• Great energy and a positive attitude.
