The Digital Sales Specialist will support lead generation and management processes across Malaysia, focusing on executing scalable strategies and ensuring operational consistency. Reporting to the Lead - Digital Sales, this role involves analyzing performance data, maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and assisting with process improvements.
Responsibilities
Execute lead generation and optimization activities to support vendor acquisition efforts at a country level.
Assist in maintaining and implementing SOPs for digital sales processes to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Support process improvement initiatives, leveraging tools and automation to streamline tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product teams, to enhance the digital sales journey.
Provide insights from competitor analysis to inform and refine sales strategies.
Report regularly to the Lead - Digital Sales on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
What you need to be successful
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital sales, lead management, or a similar role.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or equivalent platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Basic understanding of sales processes and vendor acquisition strategies.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and stakeholders.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, multi-country business environment
