Employee Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and coordinate with various departments, both internal and external, to execute employee experience activities

• Design, develop and maintain employee experience activities based on priorities, relevant themes, pulse survey results and seasonal requirements which showcase our corporate culture and core values

• Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of both internal and external employee experience activities

• Responsible for  accomplishing the accounting requirements of rewards  and recognition and employee experience activities

• Manage all facets of internal communications across the organization, encompassing content review, enhancement, and scheduling

• Drive the company-wide Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) campaigns

• Serves as the point person for company-wide special interest groups

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts, Design and Arts, Human Resource or any related field

• 2-3 years work experience in events management or public relations which includes planning, designing and conducting various engagement activities 

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Excellent design skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects

• High level of focus on employee experience
