About the opportunity

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
- Tasked with the care of a portfolio of partner accounts, you will be expected to:
- Be willing to learn the ability to sell on the phone as second nature.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Meet the expected daily productivity in terms of the number of calls and sales.
- Problem-solving comes as second nature; constantly striving to provide solutions that are in sync with company offers.
- Be sales-minded and resourceful to hit set KPIs.
- Using CRM tools to record calls, sales and other useful information accurately.
- A knack for objection handling, persuasiveness, instilling urgency and acting in a fast-paced fashion.

 


What you need to be successful

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- As this is a 100% telesales role, you need to be comfortable in making outbound calls via digital communication tools over extended periods of time.
- Previous telesales experience is not necessary but is an added advantage, open to fresh graduates.
- Able to communicate in English effectively, an added advantage for the ability to speak, read & write in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Basic data analysis skills.
- A strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient and a team player with a willingness to learn.
- Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes and requirements.
