Executive, O2C Service Delivery - Platform

Accounts Receivable Management:

• Act as a finance business partner for Partnerships, Corporate, Fintech, Shops, and other functions.
• Manage and resolve disputes between clients and the company related to financial numbers.

Revenue Accounting:

• Possess a solid understanding of revenue accounting principles.
• Own and manage the corresponding entries in the financial systems.

Stakeholder Management:

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes.
• Handle conflict resolution and maintain productive relationships.

System Knowledge and Automation:

• Work closely with different teams and system support teams to automate, streamline, and improve current reporting, operational, and reconciliation processes.
• Have basic knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and SQL to support day-to-day operations.

Process Improvement:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement improvements in business processes and practices surrounding recoveries and revenue streams.

Timely Adjustments and Reporting:

• Process adjustments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support month-end close reporting activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• A degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to visualize the larger impact of a series of transactions.
• Process-oriented, with a strong understanding of both financial and operational controls.
• Comfortable working with both manual and automated processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication with overseas stakeholders and vendors.
