Act as a finance business partner for Partnerships, Corporate, Fintech, Shops, and other functions.
Manage and resolve disputes between clients and the company related to financial numbers.
Revenue Accounting:
Possess a solid understanding of revenue accounting principles.
Own and manage the corresponding entries in the financial systems.
Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes.
Handle conflict resolution and maintain productive relationships.
System Knowledge and Automation:
Work closely with different teams and system support teams to automate, streamline, and improve current reporting, operational, and reconciliation processes.
Have basic knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and SQL to support day-to-day operations.
Process Improvement:
Evaluate, plan, and implement improvements in business processes and practices surrounding recoveries and revenue streams.
Timely Adjustments and Reporting:
Process adjustments accurately and in a timely manner.
Support month-end close reporting activities.
What you need to be successful
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
A degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
Detail-oriented with the ability to visualize the larger impact of a series of transactions.
Process-oriented, with a strong understanding of both financial and operational controls.
Comfortable working with both manual and automated processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication with overseas stakeholders and vendors.
