Expert Talent Acquisition

Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies via data analysis & forecasting and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs. You will be required to:

• Facilitate hiring manager with recruitment process; develop a logical selection criteria to shortlist potential candidates. 
• Explore and utilize all recruitment channels such as online platforms, university portals and referrals to ensure solid talent pipeline. 
• Follow the recruitment process which includes screening profiles, screening interviews and assessing talents. 
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System. 
• Draft job descriptions that reflect the expectations from a job. 
• Help the team with providing facts that can help in building recruitment strategy. 
• Come up with long-term & short-term recruitment strategies based on data analysis and management. 
• Facilitate talent acquisition team with organizing and attending university job fairs to build the talent pipeline. 

• 1-3 years work experience in people function is preferred 
• Knowledge & working experience of known recruitment/evaluation softwares like Greenhouse, ATS is preferred
• Confident with data analysis, advanced skills in Excel 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
