What you need to be successful
Job Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational OKRs and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key business metrics
Draw on relationships with department heads, external partners, and local/regional stakeholders to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks and assess operational health.
Devise strategies for ensuring growth trajectories are supported operationally, and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs
Adhere to the company’s policies and standards, and ensure the business are compliant to laws and regulations
Formulate, manage, and control budgets
Analyze productivity data and optimising staffing and production capacity to ensure optimal customer experience
Maintain a working knowledge including challenges and opportunities in the sector
Design new processes to improve quality or increase productivity or profitability
