About the opportunity

We're looking for a highly-driven and motivated Head of Sales for our local team in Taiwan. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you! The successful candidate will add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing marketing efforts. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives, aiming to accelerate growth

  • Set up clear R&R and KPI for the team in order to achieve sales targets.

  • Proven skills in acquiring new vendors, project planning and problem solving.

  • Build and retain profitable partnerships with chief stakeholders

  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management

  • Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring

 


What you need to be successful

Requirements:

  • Min 10-year experience in commercial strategic and business development

  • Social character with a positive attitude towards new challenges

  • Proven experience in sales growth

  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes

  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • Fluency in English
