About the opportunity

Training and Excellence is a core function at Delivery Hero, dedicated to driving commercial performance and operational execution across our global markets. The Head of Training and Excellence, will lead our global enablement initiatives across Sales, Account Management, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) agent operations. In this role, you will define and execute our enablement strategy, build scalable learning systems, and partner closely with Revenue Operations (RevOps) to accelerate onboarding, elevate execution, and drive revenue growth. As a highly driven leader, you will manage and build a team of enablement professionals to equip both internal commercial teams and outsourced partner networks for success.


Major responsibilities

  • Direct, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of enablement specialists and instructional designers across 15 markets.

  • Define and execute a holistic enablement roadmap tailored to direct Sales, Account Management, and high-volume BPO agent networks.

  • Oversee the end-to-end strategy, deployment, and continuous optimization of instructional design standards and learning frameworks across all commercial cohorts.

  • Provide strategic guidance and implementation support for core sales methodologies, CRM workflows, and best-in-class customer acquisition and retention practices.

  • Own the strategy, administration, and scaling of our Learning Management Systems (LMS) and broader enablement tech stack.

  • Partner closely with Revenue Operations (RevOps) to align enablement initiatives with pipeline generation, win rates, net retention, and operational productivity metrics.

  • Drive process automation across learning workflows, leveraging enterprise tools such as Workday and Salesforce to automate training assignments, track certifications, and optimize ramp-up times.

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure enablement ROI, presenting data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Product, Marketing, and HR to support global go-to-market strategies, new product rollouts, and system changes.

  • Act as a champion for continuous improvement, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and operational excellence across global teams.

 


What you need to be successful

  • Minimum 8+ years of dedicated experience in sales enablement, commercial training, or L&D operations, preferably in technology, e-commerce, Q-Commerce, or fast-paced global environments.

  • Minimum 5+ years of direct people management experience, with a proven track record of leading, supporting, and scaling high-performing enablement teams.

  • Broad operational exposure and expertise in designing enablement programs for Sales, Account Management, and high-volume BPO agent operations.

  • Deep understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), instructional design, and adult learning principles.

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (dashboards, pipeline workflows, CRM integration) and experience with enterprise automation systems such as Workday.

  • Demonstrated success working in cross-functional, highly matrixed global settings and partnering directly with Revenue Operations (RevOps).

  • Excellent analytical abilities, leveraging data to refine enablement strategies, track performance, and prove measurable impact.

  • Strong leadership, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams across multiple countries.

Bonus :

  • Formal certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Solution Selling) or instructional design models (e.g., CPTD, Kirkpatrick).

  • Prior direct experience in Sales or Account Management with a track record of top-tier performance.

  • Experience building automated learning workflows and knowledge bases in fast-growing multinational platforms.
