Assist in developing and executing employee engagement programs
Assist in facilitating and monitoring engagement project plans, schedules and budgets
Manage engagement event logistics including venue setup and decorations, internal and external communication, materials preparation
Maintain and regularly update the information database on employee perks and benefits.
Evaluate event engagement effectiveness by conducting post-event data analysis
Provide administrative support on other internal projects
What you need to be successful
Able to work for 2-3 weekdays per week (9:30am - 6:30pm)
Self-motivated, possess the ability to take initiative with a ‘can-do’ attitude
Fluency in English and Cantonese, both spoken and written
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst retaining a strong eye for detail
Fluent in Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google form and other visual designs software with creativity
Preferably education in Psychology / Human Resources / Business / Administration/ Marketing
Relevant experience in Human Resources is a plus
Current undergraduates are welcome
