About the opportunity
What’s on your menu?
Understand the business and/or Marketing process & goals
Support line supervisor to roll- out the campaign plan for offline communications
Work with external suppliers and partners to prepare and execute the events
Work with related internal departments such as finance, and procurement for the payment process with suppliers/partners
Tracking merchandise stock-in and out with up-to-date data
Supports and assists supervisor tasks with daily operations
Ensures the admin tasks & records are up to date
Develops & maintains positive working relationships with all key shareholders
Performs other tasks as assigned by the line manager
What do you bring to the table?
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Fresh graduates encouraged)
fluency in English
Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite at a basic, medium, or advanced level
Familiarity with Google Suite and Jira
Experience in the Entertainment, F&B, or FMCG industries is desirable.
An ability to use basic Excel or Google Sheets formulas, such as Vlookups and count, is considered a plus.
