Intern, Campaigns, Q-commerce

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Campaigns Intern to support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns for Pandamart & Shops (Quick Commerce). This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in campaign execution, content development, and cross-functional coordination within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the planning and execution of campaigns aligned with brand and commercial calendars

•Assist in executing seasonal, festive, and promotional campaigns

•Help prepare campaign briefs and coordinate with internal teams

•Support in managing campaign timelines, trackers, and deliverables

•Assist in deploying and updating campaign assets across platforms

•Monitor ongoing campaigns and support basic performance tracking

•Assist in preparing campaign reports, insights, and learning documents

•Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including commercial, category, and design teams, for smooth execution

•Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop or similar)

•Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Excel
 

Preferred Background

•Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

•Strong interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, and Quick Commerce

•Understanding of Bangladesh’s retail landscape, Quick Commerce ecosystem, digital platforms, and digital marketing metrics & KPIs will be considered an added advantage

•Prior academic or internship experience in marketing or campaigns is a plus
