Hiring and managing the fleet of delivery motorbike riders.
Recruiting, training, and developing a local team of cashiers, delivery captains, couriers, and other personnel.
Handling the onboarding and offboarding processes for riders and dispatchers.
Taking responsibility for local service quality and performance management, including delivery times, success rates, and customer satisfaction.
Assisting and guiding local restaurant partners through the automation process.
Supporting the collection of vendor promotions.
Collaborating with the local marketing team in Sihanoukville for offline marketing events.
Following up on issues and managing their resolution.
What do you bring to the table?
Minimum Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
Fresh graduates will be considered.
Social character with a positive attitude towards new challenges and a hands-on mentality.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for the food and delivery industry (a plus).
