About the opportunity

  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and develop training materials, presentations, and resources for various employee development programs. 
  • Support the logistics and coordination of training sessions, including scheduling, room setup, and participant communication. 
  • Help create engaging multimedia content, including videos, e-learning modules, and interactive activities, to enhance the effectiveness of training materials. 
  • Assist in the administration of the LMS, including course enrollment, tracking training completion, and generating reports. 
  • Collect feedback from participants and assist in analyzing training evaluation data to measure the impact of learning initiatives and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to contribute innovative ideas and solutions. 
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives related to talent development and organizational learning as assigned.

What you need to be successful

  • Must be an academic required internship, can render atleast 240+ hours.
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Legal Management, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or other related field.
  • Able to commit going on site 2-3 times a week, hybrid internship.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • A passion for learning and professional development, with a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
