About the opportunity
Organize, maintain, and update the People database
Create reports and presentations through the guidance of the Senior People Business Partner/HRBP Senior Manager
Provide support in organizing events and engagement programs
Provide support in creating key visuals or digital collaterals
Research and present new or upcoming HR trends
What you need to be successful
Must be an academic required internship, can render atleast 240+ hours
Willing to go on site 2-3 times a week, hybrid internship
Organized and Detail-oriented
Strong communication skills - English and Tagalog, outgoing people person
Self-starter and creative thinker
Currently taking up a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Legal Management or any related course
Proficiency in Google Suites, Canva (other creative software/tools) is a must.
