About the opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and detail-oriented Platform Experience Intern who can partner effectively and closely with our regional and local teams in making impacts to the foodpanda ecosystem. Someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and drives cross-functional projects would be a great fit.
This role will require leveraging foodpanda channels and tools to curate and govern platform content for Marketplace customers, drive business performance, and collaborate with both regional and local stakeholders to improve customer shopping journeys in foodpanda with decisions backed by data and experimentation. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to learn, collaborate with different stakeholders, and drive impact!
Responsibilities:
Manage content quality of platform content for marketplace customers based on the established best practices and processes
Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders in designing and executing the action plans for best customer experiences
Analyze customer purchase data and vendor adoption data to derive insights and recommendations that adjust or improve the action plans
Stakeholders you would be working with: Regional and Local Marketplace Commercial, Operation, Content, and Vendor Programs Teams
What you need to be successful
Penultimate or final year undergraduate students in communication or business field (e.g. Public Relation, Mass Communication, Management, Marketing, Business, Economics, or similar fields)
Resourceful and problem-solving mindset with demonstrated ability to provide actionable business insights and recommendations backed by data
Demonstrated experience in data visualization by telling stories with data in a reader friendly way
Have keen eye for detail, visual quality and copywriting
Proficient in Google Workspace
Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and leading a team
Strong passion in the e-commerce industry
Able to commit for at least 6 months full-time
