• Assisting with Projects: Interns often support ongoing projects within their respective departments or teams. This may involve conducting research, gathering data, or assisting with the execution of specific tasks under the guidance of supervisors or mentors.

• Learning and Development: Interns are expected to actively engage in learning opportunities provided by the organization. This includes attending training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs designed to enhance their skills and knowledge relevant to their field of interest.

• Collaboration and Teamwork: Interns collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve common goals. They participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and group projects, contributing their unique perspectives and ideas to the collective effort.

• Administrative Support: Interns may assist with various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining databases. These responsibilities help interns develop organizational and time management skills essential for professional success.

• Special Projects: Interns may have the opportunity to work on special projects or initiatives outside of their regular duties. These projects allow interns to apply their skills in real-world scenarios, demonstrate initiative, and make meaningful contributions to the organization.

• Professional Development: Interns are encouraged to take ownership of their professional development by seeking feedback, setting goals, and proactively seeking out opportunities to expand their skills and knowledge. They may also be encouraged to participate in networking events and industry conferences to build connections within their field.

• Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Interns are expected to adhere to the organization's policies, procedures, and code of conduct. This includes maintaining confidentiality, respecting intellectual property rights, and conducting themselves in a professional manner at all times.

• Feedback and Evaluation: Interns receive feedback on their performance from supervisors or mentors throughout the internship. This feedback helps interns identify areas for improvement, build upon their strengths, and ultimately grow professionally.

• Internship must be an academic requirement, minimum of 400 hours+
• Proficiency in using MS applications and Google Suites, especialy in Excel is a must for the role.
• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results.
• Working well in a team environment is imperative in this role.
