• Providing quality assurance of customer experience by ensuring that contents meet the standards and consistency
• Responsible for activities associated with onboarding new vendors and supporting existing vendors
• Handling Inventory Management System for grocery vendors
• Vendor and product management duties, coordinating new product setups and maintaining existing ones
• Support the grocery team and communicate promotional details for online campaigns
• Developing detailed project plans for each assigned project
• Ensuring project roadblocks are efficiently cleared by prioritising project issues and risks and escalating problems when necessary
• Tracking content performance and generating reports to inform strategy adjustments
• Ad-hoc projects by APAC and THCLM teams

What do you bring to the table?

• Fresh University Graduate or University Student
• Tech-savvy
• Attention to detail while aligning with the broader picture
• Fluent in English and Burmese
• Able to work with tight deadlines and perform under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
