Intern, TA & Employer Branding

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:

• Job Posting & Design: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract potential candidates.

• Interview Coordination: Arrange and facilitate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless process.

• Candidate Communication: Communicate with candidates about their application status, interview details, and post-interview feedback.

• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in G-sheets.

• Onboarding & Offboarding Support: Provide assistance with onboarding new hires and supporting offboarding processes as needed.

Employer Branding Responsibilities:

• Brand Promotion: Contribute to enhancing the company’s employer brand through social media, events, and marketing initiatives.

• Content Creation: Develop content for internal and external communications, such as newsletters, to highlight the company’s culture and values.

• Event Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating internal and external events, including career fairs, town halls, and company activities.

• Research: Conduct research on employer branding best practices and suggest improvements for implementation.

Other Responsibilities:

• Complete additional tasks assigned by the line manager as required.
