- Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team in a wide range of recruitment-related activities.
- Sourcing of quality talent for various business functions, using multiple channels.
- Perform efficient interview scheduling for stakeholders.
- Ensure all systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters ATS) and trackers are updated timely.
- Contribute to operational initiatives and projects.
What you need to be successful
- Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task, with excellent time management skills.
- Adaptable and able to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Strong process orientation and meticulousness.
- Knowledge of G-Suites
