In this role, you’ll be part of our dynamic TA team, supporting a variety of recruitment and employer branding initiatives. You’ll get hands-on experience in everything from hiring coordination to social media content creation—helping us attract the best talent to join our panda family!
What You’ll Do
Support the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment and employer branding activities.
Create engaging job postings, videos, and creative content to promote our open roles and culture.
Assist with social media content on both internal and external platforms.
Coordinate interviews and hiring programs, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Participate in career fairs, events, and other talent-related projects.
Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects, contributing ideas and bringing them to life.
What You Bring to the Table
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
Creative eye for content and design; experience with Canva and Microsoft Office tools.
Familiar with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Strong attention to detail, communication, and organization skills.
A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Previous internship or related experience in HR, recruitment, or marketing is a plus!
