Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract potential candidates.
Arrange and facilitate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless process.
Communicate with candidates and stakeholders about interview details and post-interview feedback.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in G-sheets.
Assistance with onboarding new hires processes as needed.
Any other matters assigned (ad-hoc).
What you need to be successful
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong time-management abilities with an eye for detail, especially when juggling calendars and candidate records.
Prior internship or project experience in HR is a plus.
Familiarity with Google Workspace.
